Finally did a bicycle ride into Corte Madera and stopped at Barnes and Noble and REI. It is so cool that they are right next to each other.
On the way home I stopped at Shake Shack for a burger and fries. Then I go to the bike/walk path near the ferry and have lunch.
It is nice to have the option to ride around Marin County. I like the bike/walk paths and bike lanes.
Still sucks that Richmond, CA decided to put a homeless encampment along the Richmond Parkway which is part of the Bay Trail. Miss taking that route to hit Point Pinole and then home.
This summer I have noticed the bicyclist riding on weekends is about pre-lockdown numbers. Which kind of works for me because I get my break spots back.
Looks like a trail is being made into Treasure Island. Looks like it could be finished in October, but the way things go it will later this year or maybe early next year.
Now to get motivated to ride the bike/walk path to San Anselmo. I just got to get up early on a Saturday and get pedaling.
