Not the way I wanted to start my bicycle ride. It is 0800 and I just woke up. This is a late time for me. I like to get up before 0700 and out the door before 0800.

Finally got rid of the Brompton. It was just sitting around and I’m not riding it. Might as well give it to someone who will ride it.

I was not a fan of changing a flat on the rear tire. It was a pain in the butt.

The rain still won’t leave, like an unwanted house guess. At least I’m use to riding in the rain, still not a fan.

I feel like I’m on an obstacle course because of the potholes.

I’m trying to prepare my mind for the pothole repairs and blocking lanes. That is if the cities actually make it a priority. I do not like riding through construction zones. It seems when I approach a construction zone I get the stop sign and have to wait.

Been pretty quiet about keeping the bicycle lane on the Richmond-San Rafael bridge. Is this a good thing?

When it comes to bicycle lights I like the ones that take batteries. If the batteries dies at least I can stop at a store and buy some or just carry extras.
