This is Rene at Future World. I appologize, in advance, for having to contact you this way. But, we are no longer able to bill your VISA card, ending in 002. This is because the bank now requires the CVVS code (the three digit number on the back of your credit card) to authorize any new subscription transactions, as a security precaution. We have tried repeatedly, over the last two months to reach you, by phone, email, and Facebook to secure this number from you, so that we could continue with your hosting subscription. There has been no reply to any of our contact attempts.

If you could send us this 3-digit number, we would be glad to continue your subscription using the current card we have on file, until its expiration in mid-2026.
